WARRANTY CLAUSE
Smart phones sold in Hamps are sold with one-year international warranty. We provide a testing period of 72hrs. During this testing period, a reported factory defected product will be replaced or refunded from our outlet after a proper
diagnose by our technicians. However, any factory defected product reportedafter the said 72hrs will be handled under the one-year international warranty.
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Delivery Schedule:
The Seller agrees to deliver the Goods in accordance with the delivery schedule specified mutually or in writing. Any changes to the delivery schedule must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Delivery Method:
Delivery shall be made by the Seller. The Seller shall ensure that the Goods are adequately packaged to prevent damage during delivery.
Title and Risk of Loss:
Title to the Goods and risk of loss shall pass from the Seller to the Buyer upon delivery and receipt of the Goods by the Buyer at the designated delivery address.
Delivery Address:
The Buyer shall provide a valid delivery address to the Seller. Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated to the Seller in writing and approved by the Seller. Buyer must provide Contact name, contact number, Island during delivery of a packaged item/s to boats, ferries or Speed Launches.
Acceptance and Inspection:
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods promptly upon delivery and notify the Seller in writing or via phone call of any discrepancies, defects, or damage within 72 hours. The said 72 hours will act as a testing period for all smart phones and laptops sold by Hamps. In such a case the buyer must deliver the product back to the seller. The seller shall inspect the product, in a case of a factory defect or damage, the seller shall provide the buyer with a replacement or with a complete refund if the product is not available. However, any factory defective product reported after the testing period will be handled under the one-year international warranty.
Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, labor disputes, or governmental actions. In the event of a force majeure event, the delivery schedule shall be extended by a period equal to the duration of the delay.
Additional Costs:
The Buyer shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to delivery address changes, rerouting, or other circumstances caused by the Buyer's actions or omissions.
